MS 150
Louis and John rode SAG (Support Automotive Group) for the MS Wild West 150 Bike Tour July 29th 2006.
This was a great experience for it showed us how courageous the riders were tackling the 100 miles that the route entailed. The day started our warm and heated up to over 100 F by noon. The last riders made it to Canadian around 2 PM. Being part of this group of wonderful riders that were in some major pain, smiled and thanked us for helping in the event, made us realize what sacrifices are all about. Our kayaking trip next year will put us behind the paddle and force us to endure through the pain for a cause that we truly believe in.
The Volunteers were also an awesome force that made riding easier. Each volunteer along the route never complained and were more then happy to help in any way possible. What a great bunch of people!
Louis and I were excited because of the Climb the Canyon Road Bike Ride that we're putting together in October. This event showed us how important volunteers are to a successful event. I hope we'll be able pull it off half as good!
